How to Return an Item Purchased Online?
We hope that every order from Mellow Concept brings you joy. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items in their original condition.
Return Process

- Securely pack the items in the original box or a similar sturdy package.
- Ensure that all brand tags remain attached to the items.
- Include the original invoice or packing list in the box to help us process your return quickly.

Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. -
Option 2 – Request a prepaid return label:
We can provide you with a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be communicated to you in advance and deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Important Notes
- Sale items: Items purchased on sale or promotion are eligible for return under the same 14-day policy as regular-priced items, provided they are returned in their original condition (unused, with all tags attached).

- Gift cards or e-gift cards.
- Personalized items or items marked as final sale.
- Items returned without their original packaging or tags.
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Save the original packaging.
- Take clear photos of the damage.
