HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Mellow Concept, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return your items to us (in the condition you received them with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund or exchange.

To Return Your Item:

  • Email hello@mellowconcept.com to request a return, including your order number and the reason for the return. 
  • Our team will process your return request.
  • Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.
  • Send it back to the following address: 
    • Maud Colassin - Rue du Doyenné 29B, 1180 Uccle

    Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.

    HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    Contact our team at hello@mellowconcept.com to request a return and exchange request. Please follow the steps mentioned above. 

    To make an exchange, simply order the item you would like as a new purchase.

    We accept all major credit cards on our website. You can also pay with PayPal.
