HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?

We hope that every order you receive from Mellow Concept will delight you. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to return (in the condition you received them)

To return your item:

1. Pack your items securely in the original box and ensure all brand tags are attached.
2. Include the original invoice or packing list in the package.
3. Send the package to the following address: Mellow Concept - Parvis de la Trinité 3, 1050 Brussels - Belgium

Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive an email notification.

Please note that this process is applicable only to online purchases. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer is responsible for selecting the carrier.
